  I absolutely love Healthlink! The doctors, nurses and admin staff are absolutely wonderful and have always bent over backwards to be able to help me out. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the pharmacist. She is rude and disrespectful any time that I have ever gotten a prescription filled there. I don't get scripts through the onsite pharmacy anymore. I don't need to be shamed every time I go to get my tablets, which by the way are essential to me being able to function as a normal person in society. Other than that, my doctor is awesome and his wonderful staff are the best

  I waited for 3 hours, and in the end i had to cancel. The last time that I asked the receptionist where I was in the waiting list, I was told there was only one person ahead of me, and then in the next 20 minutes, a number of persons were called by doctors.
  
  I walked in without prior appointment, which is fine according to their website. I am not sure whether my long wait is due to this or not. Anyway, I would appreciate if they can inform me that such a long wait is needed.

  Dr Bartsch has been my doc for a long time. He is patient and tolerant, efficient and competent - that's why he's been my doc for a long time. It's always best to make an appointment but nice to know you can walk in
  . The pharmacists are lovely and helpful, and knowledgeable. I do have an 'issue' with one of the allied people, but that's probably just someone being tough with me .........

  I have always found this place a very good place, most of the staff are quite lovely, the only reason I didn't give all 5 stars is that the ladies toilets down Dr Guptas end always smells bad, and whenever I have gone in there, the tap is always running-the other one is running a lot of the time as well-, I have informed the receptionist about it, and they in turn tell me they have informed the practice manager, but nothing has changed, I am disappointed, we are meant to be saving water, NOT wasting it!. And although I don't get my meds at the pharmacy, I too have found the pharmacist a bit caustic, and don't go there if I can help it.

  You get what you pay for. Only live 5 minutes away, so rang before my appointment to ask if they were on time. Was told they were, then waited hours. Doctor used google twice while I was in the office, that really inspired confidence! Then the script he wrote was incorrect, which the pharmacist had to point out...
