Staff at reception are quick and effective at their job. My waiting time in line is only but a few minutes. They are friendly and very helpful in giving me information when I have concerns.
People who take care of the prescription have a professional manner and way of dealing with both customers and scripts. Waiting time is quick; the way they deal with customers are friendly and respectful. They are easy to speak to and understand. - Andrew Loth Added April 20, 2022★ ★ ★ ★ ☆The desk staff are always polite as are the nursing staff and I have a very good doctor. The only complaint I have is my first Cov-id vaccination when I arrived for my appointment was running 1/2 an hour late that wasn't a problem but at the 2hour stage you would have thought someone would have told me what was going on! I cancelled my appointment. This has not happened to me again!

I have always been impressed with the front desk looking after my wife when she has been ill. Patients need to remember that COVID-19 has brought on additional pressures that can lead to longer waiting times.
